- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volumes, processing may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, customers may contact us directly at:

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:

- Incomplete address
- Incorrect contact number
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the delivery fails after several attempts, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases:

- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept the package if visibly damaged.

- Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and assist you as per our Refund & Return Policy.
