1. Return Eligibility

- The product delivered is damaged
- The product received is defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a major manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during clearance sales or special offers (if marked non-returnable)
- Customized or altered products
- Products returned without original packaging or tags
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Please note: Minor color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects.

Do not ship the product back without receiving confirmation from us.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
If the return is rejected after inspection, the product may be shipped back to you.
5. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is approved for any other valid reason, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Exchange Policy
Currently, we may offer exchanges only for:

- Incorrect items delivered
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
